We manufacture GreenLeach™ — a non-toxic, eco-friendly replacement for sodium cyanide in gold processing — under exclusive Eco-Goldex® rights for West Africa and SADC.
Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Lagos, we hold federally-licensed mining interests across six Nigerian states — and the exclusive continental rights to manufacture the eco-friendly gold extraction technology now being deployed in 80+ countries worldwide.
RockWorks International Limited combines on-the-ground mining expertise with a research-led approach to processing technology. We hold federally-licensed mining interests in Benue, Ekiti, Nasarawa, Katsina, Cross-River and the Federal Capital Territory — spanning gold, lithium, tantalum and gemstones.
Critically, we hold the exclusive rights to manufacture and distribute Eco-Goldex® products across West Africa and the SADC region. These rights pre-date the 2023 global export embargo on the technology — making GreenLeach™ the only authorised eco-friendly leaching solution available at scale across the continent.
We are now building Africa's first dedicated GreenLeach™ manufacturing plant inside the Lekki Free Trade Zone, Lagos — designed for 100,000 tons per annum and full ECOWAS export reach via Lagos's deep-water ports.
Four integrated capabilities position RockWorks as a single point of delivery for African mining and minerals processing.
Active mining licences across six Nigerian states. Geology, prospecting and gemology delivered by in-house technical staff.
GreenLeach™ production for West Africa and SADC. Turn-key build by Eco-Goldex Inc. of Canada. 100,000 t/p.a. design capacity.
Eco-friendly chemical leaching, smelting and downstream recovery of gold, silver and PGM streams.
Industrial equipment fabrication and OEM tool modification for African operating conditions. ECOWAS-wide distribution via Lagos ports.
Sodium cyanide and elemental mercury remain the dominant reagents in gold extraction across the continent. The cost of that dependence is visible in poisoned rivers, abandoned tailings and damaged communities from Zamfara to the Witwatersrand.
Estimated annual sodium cyanide consumption across African gold operations — virtually all of it imported from outside the continent.
Thirty cubic yards of cyanide-laced mine waste spilled into the Tisza River from a gold operation jointly run by Australian and Romanian companies. Drinking water for 2.5 million people across 24 locations was disrupted; tons of fish and wildlife were killed. Two decades on, the river ecology has not fully recovered.
GreenLeach™ is the African brand of the Eco-Goldex® O-Series — a cyanide-free gold leaching reagent already commercially deployed in over 80 countries. It does the same job as sodium cyanide. And several jobs better.

Eco-Goldex Inc. of St-Laurent, Quebec is the inventor and OEM of the Eco-Goldex reagent family. Their O-Series powers GreenLeach™; their E-Series enables gold recovery from electronic waste. They are our turn-key build partner under a signed Memorandum of Agreement.
Eco-Goldex Inc. invented and manufactures the Eco-Goldex reagent family — a group of eco-friendly precious-metal extraction agents formulated by high-temperature fusion (650–760 °C) of common, low-toxicity chemicals.
Two product series serve global demand: the O-Series for gold, silver, PGM and oxide-copper ores; the E-Series for selective gold stripping from electronic waste and PCB recycling.
Eco-Goldex Inc. is engaged on a turn-key basis to design, supply, install and commission the GreenLeach™ production system at the Lekki Free Trade Zone facility.
Our flagship GreenLeach™ manufacturing plant sits inside Nigeria's most investor-friendly free zone, adjacent to the Lekki Deep Sea Port — engineered for ECOWAS-wide and global export from the first shipment.
The Lekki Free Trade Zone sits on Nigeria’s Atlantic coast, adjacent to the Lekki Deep Sea Port — connecting RockWorks to the full ECOWAS market and, via maritime export, to the SADC region where we hold our second exclusive Eco-Goldex® rights territory.
RockWorks is led by a Nigerian operator with deep on-the-ground experience across mining, manufacturing and project delivery in West Africa — supported by a senior team across geology, engineering and commercial.
Korede founded RockWorks in 2019 and has led the Company's expansion from a single prospecting licence into a multi-site, federally-licensed mining and manufacturing business spanning six Nigerian states.
Under his leadership, RockWorks secured the exclusive West African and SADC rights to the Eco-Goldex® technology prior to the 2023 global export embargo — a position no new licensee can replicate. He also executed the December 2023 turn-key construction contract with Eco-Goldex Inc. that underpins the Lekki Free Trade Zone manufacturing plant now in development.
Korede is based in Lagos and leads all strategic, regulatory and capital-markets activity at the Company.
RockWorks International is currently raising USD 30 million to commission Africa's first dedicated GreenLeach™ manufacturing plant at the Lekki Free Trade Zone. The Investment Proposal, Term Sheet and supporting models are available under NDA to qualified institutional and family-office investors.
